  Please Note: Vector Art is preferred for logos or artwork to be used on promotional items and apparel. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail. Artwork can be accepted in the following formats:
  

• Adobe Illustrator - CC or lower
• .eps file
• Photoshop - All EPS, TIFF, JPEG files (layered if possible). Files must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.

• When sending print-ready files, be sure to send with crop marks and bleed if necessary. All bleeds should extend past the page trim 1/8" around all sides.
• If scanned images are used with artwork, they MUST be sent as a separate file scanned at 600 dpi or higher. (If not actual size, scan at a higher resolution. This will prevent loss of quality.)
• All fonts must be converted to outlines, curves or paths (vector). If supplying image files, fonts need to be rasterized or the file’s layers need to be flattened.
• File compression: Please use Stuffit or Zip.
• Colors: Please provide the PMS color match of your artwork if necessary. If standard ink colors are used, we will match your PMS as closely as possible. 
• Note: Our delivery schedule may vary depending on the quality of the artwork submitted and upon any changes made to the artwork once the order has been placed into production.
