The quality of your imprint depends upon the quality of artwork supplied to us. All orders requiring artwork must be sent as CAMERA READY vector art.
Artwork can be uploaded HERE, submitted via email to info@proformavindeemarketing.com or via the free website, wetransfer.com.
Please Note: Vector Art is preferred. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail. Artwork can be accepted in the following formats:
- Adobe Illustrator or .eps file
- Photoshop
- PDF file with all text outlined
- All EPS, TIFF, JPEG files
- Files must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.
- If scanned images are used with artwork, they MUST be sent as a separate file scanned at 600 dpi or higher. (If not actual size, scan at a higher resolution. This will prevent loss of quality.)
- All fonts must be converted to outlines, curves or paths (vector). If supplying image files, fonts need to be rasterized or the file’s layers need to be flattened.
File compression: .zip file
Colors: Provide the PMS color match of your artwork if necessary. If standard ink colors are used, we will match your PMS as closely as possible.
IMPORTANT: Our delivery schedule may vary depending on the quality of the artwork submitted and upon any changes made to the artwork once the order has been placed into production.
